How to set up a MariaDB on your Windows server
Want to install a database on your Windows VPS or Dedicated server? Here are some easy steps to install MariaDB!
Login to your RDP How to connect to your Windows server
Open Chrome (or any other browser) and head to this link: https://mariadb.org/download/ and click on the "Download" button
Once downloaded, open the installer.
Click on next --> accept the terms next --> Keep it selected at MariaDB Server and click next
Now it asks you to setup a password, make sure this password is strong! Enter a password, and check the boxes as shown in the image. Once done click next.
Now keep everything at default like this:
Click on next, and install!
If you followed all the steps correctly, you have your database ready to be used!
